dr. Balázs Csépai
In the legal challenges of our organization, dr. Balázs Csépai, a lawyer at the DLA Piper Law Firm, is helping us for many years. In addition to the necessary company representation (e.g. notification of company law changes, preparation of contracts), Balázs ensures compliance with the rules of competition law during general meetings, as well as holds annual training sessions for our members on the most important current legal topics (e.g. competition law, consumer protection, data protection).
We like working with Balázs because he solution-oriented: he does not just say what cannot be done, but advises feasible solutions to find an answer to a challenge.
