In 2023, Tamás Madarász came up with a new proposal: he developed a new programme mainly for those repairer colleagues who cannot join the training of technicians for household appliance service due to legal restrictions. The programme consists of several parts: regular technical newsletters, regular online consultations, and short-cycle theoretical and practical training courses provided annually. It was planned to open the possibility to join the programme on the applia.hu website in the autumn and to organise the first training course in November-December. The curriculum was developed by Tamás Madarász with the help of Péter Halász. During the theoretical training, the repairer colleagues learned about business and consumer protection (e.g. business forms, taxation, accounting, warranty and related administrative tasks). During the practical training, Tamás Madarász presented measurement and safety tasks and solutions. The training was successfully completed by 20 colleagues.
